At Happier, we believe that childhood should be full of joy, color, and comfort. Our mission is to provide thoughtfully designed clothing that makes kids look good and feel even better. Each piece is created with love, care, and quality to support little adventures and big dreams.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. "Happier Promise" – Worry-Free Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with the fit, style, or comfort of your child’s clothing, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days—no questions asked.

 

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for unused and unwashed products, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You may return the entire order for a full refund if you are not satisfied upon receiving it.
  • In cases of size mismatch, color errors, or defects, you may exchange the full or partial order.
  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

 

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed in case of incorrect size, wrong color, or defective items.
  • All exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return period.
  • Products must be in original, unused condition for an exchange to be accepted.

 

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Within Dhaka: 1–2 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

 

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an item is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 

6. General Terms

  • Happier reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • All disputes are subject to the laws of Bangladesh.
  • By placing an order with Happier, you agree to abide by the above terms.
